New! Private Press Disco/Synth Edit

Alright, let's see if any of you record nerds can figure out what the original track for this is.

New Edit: If This Isn't Love

Uptempo flip of J-Hud's very lovely tune. I really despise working with DIY acapellas but I had no choice but to go though with it - there was nothing else available out there and I loved the way the track was working out.

Edit: What's Going On

Here's something I put together earlier this morning, it feels pretty nice to get something laid down after a long & hectic month.

Summer Soul Edit - L.A. Magic

Here's a little edit of a somewhat neglected warm so-cal nights joint - from the "Float Into The Future" lp.

L.A. Magic (b.cause s.b.s. edit)

Love's Coming At Ya - Instrumental Edit

Here's a new edit of a M. Moore jam from '82 - tried to work lightly around the vocals while extending the beat out with a few accents and quick turnarounds.

Ain't No Need

Busy week over here, but didn't want to neglect the site :V

Skye - Ain't No Need

I generally get irked when the beginning of a track has some good drums at the top but they're faded in! In this case as a remedy I messed with the amplitude of the loudest hits, making a little 4 bar intro with a snare at the jump.

Baby Don't You Know

Picked this up cheap the other day, a pretty decent tune on this Roy Ayers indie label. I highly recommend his "Lots Of Love" lp, also on Uno Melodic.
