Asher Levine | Fall Winter 2012

ASHER LEVINE transformed the Jefferson Market Library and drew audiences into his world for his Fall/Winter 2012 collection presentation. The collection continues to build on established motifs and iconography, developing a language for which to communicate the world he envisions. Makerbot’s newest 3D Printer, The Replicator, live-printed the sunglasses the models were wearing.

Asher's Designs and Creativity With every Season combines pure fantasy with the raw edginess of New York’s streets.It is rare to find a designer who cannot only create beautiful clothing but is also a true showman, where the runways become about far more than the clothing presented. Every Show Asher Levine creates speaks a different story about fashion,His Presentation was so unique and full of inovation !! We really Loved his use of live-printed sunglasses by Makerbot’s 3D Printer. He is a true visionary.

We Love "Dolores" SS 2012 by Labor Limae, Angela Rago, an inspired fashion designer, with her return from her stay in Paris, is contaminated with new inspirations and ideas.Manuela Ferilli, with her humanistic education, creates and manages the brand, tells the stories that are the source and inspiration of the designs.Together, they transform the stories into shapes and forms to wear. Their essential and precious designs, the geometric cuts, the color crafted materials and the protruding volumes, synergetically create unique items that both posses and offer a strong identity.

The Campaign mood is inspirited at the original Maurice Tabard's hypnotic and sophisticated atmosphere, at the conceptualization of the shadow as well, at the twice as reminiscence of a wild existence, whose essence is expressed in archetype of the feminine reclamation and reaffirmation aware of its roots.

Brand We Love CC KUO | " The Black Stripe " SS 2012

we Love CC's  Spring Summer collection her inspiration comes from a black stripe dress and vintage jewelry that were in her mother’s wardrobe, which also reminded her of the 60s fashion icon Twiggy. Stripe is demonstrated on each garment in various ways, either by the print or the arrangements of the fabrics to create the visual aesthetic. The design and creative use of the fabrics transform the pieces and result in a covetable and quirky collection. By creating different designs with the stripes using small stripes and creating them into bigger blocks with different colors styles are remodeled completely. 

CC KUO collection features complex details such as transparent sleeves and original elements which demonstrate the creativity and thoughts from the designer. In this collection CC has again reflected her outstanding use of digital print and fashion innovation which matures each season.
