Montreal-based artist Erika Altosaar ,is a very talented multidisciplinary artist, her art is amazing full of inspiration , its simply drive you away from reality and let you fall deep with imaginations and dreams .
I really love her work using coffee filter . The filters give a nice texture to her drawings as well as a subtle coffee stain tint,It’s also nice to see someone working on a material which was not intended for this use
Erika's recent printed project was L’Étranger , an unbound tabloid portfolio of 12 drawings ,printed on 35# newsprint, each copy is numbered by hand and devliered in a clear protective sleeve.
