Madonna is recording a new album , "Hard Candy" was her last album in April 2008 and was followed by the Sticky & Sweet Tour and a live album, "Sticky & Sweet Tour."
In June, the Weinstein Company announced it had picked up Madonna's directorial debut, "W.E.," to be distributed some time in 2011.
